A new architectural volume is proposed for the insertion of additional rooms, seamlessly integrated into the surrounding environment. This volume stands out as a contrast within a newly designed network of circulations and public spaces. These spaces aim to recreate accessibility and revive the urban, nautical, and sports ambiance that the beaches in this area once possessed.
